As part of a structured process, we take care of your financing from a figure of CHF 500,000 and above in the following steps:
- analysis of the business case at hand and the market position by studying the available files and holding discussions before taking a decision on the acceptance of the mandate
- preparation of a credit dossier taking account of both previous and forecast figures
- recording of the share accounted for by self-financing
- analysis of the ideal financing solution.
- negotiations with the decision-makers of potential financiers, including a tendering process where appropriate
- comparison of the offers made and presentation of a recommendation to you taking account of your priorities
- our years of working with banks, insurance companies, pension funds as well as with both institutional and public financiers give us direct access to the relevant decision-makers and allow us to record your individual financial needs in order to put together a tailored solution for you.
We also maintain active dialogue with interested investors.
In the area of financing, we work with our tried-and-tested three-phase model that also forms the basis for our compensation. We attach value to the fact that, under this model, only a minimum part of our compensation is charged as fixed costs, with the rest being billed based on performance.
In a first phase, the chances of raising the required capital are weighed up by studying the business case against an advance payment of CHF 1,500.
Subject to mutual agreement and the signing of the associated mandate, the second phase sees a fixed fee of CHF 3,500 charged for the preparation of the investor dossier. This dossier is complied from the available figures and market research conducted into the sector in question. The dossier is also added to and verified by our company owner as well as a respected individual from the relevant industry possessing years of experience and a corresponding track record in this market segment. These two individuals then also act as representatives vis-à-vis interested investors in order to underpin the seriousness and credibility of the dossier. We work with our pool of experienced business experts with whom we have been associated for years.
The third phase entails the procurement of the required capital. During this phase, we charge a procurement fee of between 1% and 3% (depending on the capital requirements).

Our services in the area of succession planning and participation include both the representation of purchaser interests in the event of a company takeover and the provision of support to owners who are willing to sell their existing company or shares in it. The services we offer range from consulting, the conducting of negotiations and company valuations to assistance in finding investors for financing:
